We do not allow returns or exchanges. However, in the event you're not happy with your order, please send us a picture of the concerned product within 24 hours by emailing cakes [at] This will allow us to evaluate the concern and process your order for possible replacement, refund or credit.

In case of errors in pricing or computations, or if you’re unhappy with your purchase, please have your proof of purchase ready for proper tracing and evaluation of your order.

Replacements, full/partial refunds, and store credit are decided on a case-by-case basis. But if a mistake was clearly made by us, we will surely make it right. While we're not able to offer refunds in cases where the product was baked and decorated correctly, we will appreciate to know if you find anything not up to standard.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, or do a direct deposit to your nominated bank account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

As a general guideline, we don't accept order changes (flavor, quantity, cake dedication, moving pick-up to a later or earlier date) within less than 24 hours notice. This is our way of assuring product availability and freshness for all customers.

However, if the change in your order is critical, please email us at cakes [at] or get in touch with your order-taker immediately, so we can check with our Production Team if the change can still be accommodated.

Please be aware that we don't accept cancellations within less than 24 hours notice. In the event of cancellation, it may be possible for us to offer full or partial store credit, depending on how much work has already been done on the cancelled order.
