Made with tablea from Cebu, this "timplado" tsokolate balances flavors of dark-chocolate-bitter and sugar-sweet, in rich cow's milk with coarsely-grated tablea granules. We always recommend to pair with some good old ensaymada.
Handling & Shelf-life:
- Store in chiller for up to 1 week.
- Before serving, shake well before pouring into a microwave-safe cup. Microwave on medium for about one minute, in 30-second intervals. Keep a close eye on it to prevent from boiling over.
