A timeless Filipino "cookie", wonderful with a cup of hot tea or coffee. Flour and margarine are toasted with full-cream powdered milk, for a sweet-salty play of flavors. The warm ingredients are then pressed and individually wrapped in colorful tissue paper, just like how they're traditionally prepared.
